Starting a session
Choose the apps that can wait in Settings → Blocked apps, set a time on Home, then slide the right bar down. The session starts once iOS confirms the apps are blocked.
IBlock uses Apple’s Screen Time. If iOS asks for permission, allow it once. You can review it any time in iPhone Settings → Screen Time.
Ending a session early
There is no stop button, so a pause stays a pause. If something truly can’t wait, open Settings → Emergency Mode. It ends the current session early and can be used twice in any seven days.
An app isn’t blocked
Check that the app is selected in Settings → Blocked apps and that Screen Time permission is still allowed for IBlock. Safari is blocked only if you select it. Apps you didn’t select, including Phone and Messages, stay available.
Routine
Routine blocks the same apps on the days and hours you choose. It starts automatically when iOS confirms the block. Emergency Mode works the same way during a routine.
Purchases
Apple handles App Store payments, refunds and subscriptions. To manage a subscription, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple subscription help · Request a refund from Apple
